Nope! Pick and choose what you want to do. Do one leg, two legs, all three—or none. We won’t stop you. We’re just glad you showed up.

Not really. This isn’t about first place—it’s about fun place. You might get a high-five or a weird little homemade trophy, though.

It’s not possible, because we literally don’t care. Cut the course, hop in a car, rollerblade. Just don’t be a jerk.

Yes! Grab your friends and split it up however you like. Relay-style, cheer squad, all on one tandem bike—we’re not here to make rules.

Your gear, your good vibes, and maybe some snacks if you’re picky. We’ll provide general directions, and the moral support.

Nope. Start when we start, finish when you finish. We’ll hang out at the end for a while.

Totally. Just make sure they’re supervised and capable of participating safely in whichever leg(s) they join. Stroller joggers and/or bike trailers are welcome!

Nope. Take it easy and don’t do anything that might get you injured!
